1. Embrace Exercise

The benefits of exercise for anyone are well-documented, and while it's easy to let exercise slip as a mom, you will feel so much better if you move physically to combat stress, lift your mood or just feel stronger.  


How you choose to exercise is totally personal. Want 15 minutes of heavy sweating? Try a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Prefer something slower and more calming? Pop into a yoga studio or find a great yoga app. Running or walking are also great options, or you can head to your local gym.
