Being too warm or too cold can interrupt sleep. Although there's not a definitive answer to the question of what temperature a baby or toddler's room should be, the general consensus is between 65 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition to the thermostat, watch that you're not over- or under-dressing your child for the night.
