Tricks For Getting Your Kids To Sleep Through The Night

8. Get A Nightlight
Most people (kids included) sleep better in complete darkness. The "light pollution" from our devices or even an alarm clock can seriously disrupt our sleep cycles. That's why blackout curtains can be a good investment.

But what if your child is afraid of the dark? Try a nightlight with a timer. Your little one can have the security of being able to see while they fall asleep, but it won't continuously wake them up throughout the night.
