5. Have A Bath
If bathtime is a frenzied splashfest, it may not be a good fit for your bedtime routine. However, if you can make it a calming, warm soak, then it can absolutely help your kid prepare for sleep. Try lowering the lights and adding Epsom salts to emphasize the relaxation aspect of bathing.
