12. Meal Prep For The Win
Instead of scrambling home to prepare dinner, take advice from other moms and meal prep once or twice a week. Some families prefer to do all their cooking on Sundays so they'll have more time to enjoy each other on weeknights. With forethought, you can have healthy lunches, dinners, and even breakfasts ready to go.

As Lisa H. offered, “I’ve started doing easy meal prepping on Sundays which helps. We eat the same thing for two nights, so I only have to cook every other night and Sunday's dinner becomes part of lunch for the week. I also make two of things sometimes and freeze one for a future week.”
