21. Take Time For Yourself
It's hard to find time for yourself when there's so much to do, but that's why you need to delegate, accept help, and use services like housecleaners and grocery delivery when you can. Carving out even just 10 minutes of alone time each day can do wonders for your mental health, even if it means you opt to eat your lunch alone sometimes instead of joining coworkers.

As Erika E. added, "Prioritize yourself sometimes. This might mean getting a haircut or new outfit, or mean having 20 minutes to take a walk every day, or getting extra sleep on the weekends."
