24. Learn How To Prioritize
It's tempting to try and do everything, but your life is instantly fuller the moment you add a baby. Including "no" in your vocabulary can help you slow down enough to appreciate quality time with your family.

Erika E. shared, "Ruthlessly prioritize. We set ourselves up for failure by believing that we can continue to do everything at the highest level. In the first few months of going back to work, make a decision about whether it's more important to you to have a home-cooked meal or a relaxing evening. You can't have both. Say no to outside commitments-- there might be a time where you can be on a committee, attend that birthday party, or volunteer for an extra thing, but that time is not now. You have a limited amount of time and you should actively decide how you're going to use it instead of letting your schedule control you... It's just really important to know that you're not going to do everything as well as you did it or the way that you did it before. This is because you're doing something brand-new at the same time. You have to create space for that, and give yourself Grace. Think about what is important to you and let go of the things that are not."
