Part of prioritizing is coming to grips with the fact that you won't be able to do it all, including in your own home. Getting comfortable with having things a little messier will help you learn how to actually sit down and relax.

As Lisa H. offered, “For me, hearing that it was ok to let things go was so helpful. That it was ok to live in laundry baskets, eating frozen food or doing take out, letting things go at work, etc, etc. being told that others are/have gone through the same thing and it’s a phase that will end.”
