15. Work On A Tight Bedtime Routine
Keeping the bedtime routine from drawing on and on is key to maintaining some alone time for you and your partner. As someone who went to bed with my first daughter for years, I can attest how important it is to make this shift. It's not just good for your relationship, it's also beneficial for your own mental health. 

Accordingly, start honing a tight routine before you return to work. Keep the steps consistent and start sleep training if baby is old enough and you feel ready.
