13. Utilize Services To Make Life Easier
We live in a pretty amazing era when we stop to think about it. Apps and services abound to make running a family more efficient. While it can be tempting to try to save as much money as possible, spending to save your sanity is worth the investment.

As Donna K. said, “There are plenty of services you can utilize such as laundry and housecleaners that will free up your plate.”

Joanne P. added, "I should've probably used more house cleaning help/services and help with laundry. I took it upon myself to do everything and it stressed me out so much that the first couple years went by in a blur."

Erika E. encouraged, "If you have the money, hire a cleaner, even once per month. This might mean temporarily suspending 401K contributions, or selling something, but it's priorities. We actually know that a cleaner and decluttered house makes people calmer. It's science."

So, hire cleaners if you can and check out which grocery stores deliver or will allow you to order online and pick-up in the parking lot. Every minute you don't spend on errands and chores can be redirected to quality time with your family or yourself.
