You Have To Focus On The Present
I've always been a planner, and I love to know what's going to happen next. Foster care broke me of that habit very quickly. In foster care, focusing on the present is all you can do, and it's a whole lot more enjoyable if you simply focus on enjoying that moment as much as possible.
