9. Princess Diana Demanded An Early Induction
Princess Diana struggled with an aggressive British press for most of her royal life, but the situation became even more frenzied when she was pregnant with her first child. Lady Di was 12 years younger than her husband, and she became pregnant a few months after their wedding, causing the press to become relentless. She gave birth to Prince William on June 21, 1982, but he came earlier than expected — but not naturally. 

"William had to be induced because I couldn’t handle the press pressure any longer,” she told her royal biographer, Andrew Morton.
