8. You Should Have Sex When You Ovulate
Yes and no. First, you have to actually make sure you’re ovulating because not everyone does every month, and it’s not always on day fourteen of your cycle. Second, sperm can live for several days inside you, but your egg lives only about 12-24 hours. It’s best to have sex right before you ovulate and just after, so sperm is there to meet the egg.
