A body scan is a great way to check in with your physical self. It's a nice way to relax before bedtime, which makes it ideal for children who may be reluctant to go to sleep. Have your kiddo bring their attention to each part of their body from their feet all the way up. As they go, have them tense and then release their toes, bellies, hands, shoulders, and jaw.
