Secrets To Raising Respectful Boys

Teach Consent
It's never too early to start the conversation about consent. With small children, it starts with consent regarding their own bodies. Namely, no one has the right to touch them in a way that makes them uncomfortable, and that includes hugs and kisses from family members.

Once kids see that their "no" and "stop" are always honored, it's time to move on to respecting it when it comes from someone else.
