24. Forgetting we're super women
Not every mom we asked shared guilt. Instead, some were actively working to be kinder to themselves:

"I finally gave up on 'Mom guilt.' I am doing the best I can. Nope, not perfect, not even close. But is 'perfect' the example I want to set for her? I screw up, I can be too controlling, I can get irritated too easily (especially with this perimenopause crap!). It’s all good. I just want her to be loved no matter what, because that’s what she does for me!"

"Practically nothing. It's pointless bullshit. Did you ever hear the phrase 'dad guilt?'"
