6. Indulge Your Cravings
Just because you need to take care of yourself, doesn't mean you can't indulge a little here and there, particularly if you don't have any health concerns. So, send your partner to the store in the middle of the night for that ice cream and giggle about it later. And, listen to your body. Sometimes cravings can be a sign you need something extra in your diet, such as healthy fats.
