Meet The World's Royal Teenagers

Infanta Sofía of Spain is the second and youngest child of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia. She is currently 13-years-old, and was named after her paternal grandmother, Queen Sofía of Spain. 

The youngest royal is called "infanta" and not "princess" because she is not in line to inherit the throne. Her sister, Princess Leonor, would also lose her princess title and be called "infanta" if their parents were to have a son. The name shows a distinction in ascension.
