Weight Gain
Concerns with weight gain are more often for the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, but it’s a good habit to get into now, of eating healthy and getting regular gentle exercise. For a woman at a normal weight prior to pregnancy, it’s recommended to gain about 1-4.5 pounds during the first trimester, but your doctor will make recommendations based on your unique pregnancy needs.
