18. Working Outside The Home
There is nothing wrong with working all day and then coming home and crashing in the evenings. The fatigue in early pregnancy lets up in the second trimester, but for now, take care of yourself and clear your schedule in the evenings to rest. Make sure you’re eating enough protein and iron-rich foods. Take lots of snacks with you and eat every two hours or more often depending on your level of nausea. If you can, take frequent breaks during the day to walk around or clear your mind.
