Exhaustion
The exhaustion and fatigue you’re feeling right now should get better by your second trimester and you’ll soon have more energy. But for now, take as many opportunities as you can to rest and sleep, even if that means going to bed at 8:00 p.m. Take naps during the day whenever you can and save your productivity hours for when you have more energy. For some women, they can focus on getting things done during the morning and by evening, they’re ready for bed. It can also help to get a daily walk in, or several if you can, and drink water throughout the day.
