23. Talk To The Other Child's Parents
If you're having trouble resolving a situation and you feel like contacting the other parent might help, go for it. Just be sure to approach the situation with a willingness to listen to the other side. Say you're trying to help your child resolve what happened and you're looking for help. 

Depending on the age of the children, this can also be a good opportunity to figure out a way to get your kids to connect outside of school. Sometimes developing a mutual understanding and an opportunity to bond is enough to help both kids gain compassion for one another. It really just depends on the degree of severity and the circumstances.
