Be Mindful Of Your Schedule When Making Appointments
If your child’s nap time is from noon to two o'clock, it’s probably not the best time to schedule their physical. If your child is happiest and most alert in the morning, this may be a good time to go. Mondays and Fridays are typically the busiest days for appointments because of the weekend, so if it’s a routine exam, it may be best to schedule those in the middle of the week.
