Be Mindful Of Your Own Anxiety And Practice Relaxation
No matter how confident we appear on the outside, it’s normal for parents to be anxious for their children. It’s hard to watch them cry when they’re getting shots. Make sure you check in with yourself before the appointment happens and take measures to practice some techniques to calm your own mind.
