Be Present
Try to be there in person for the at least the first day or even the first week of drop-off and/or pick-up. You'll see firsthand your child’s new world and help ease any fears. Your presence is also an opportunity to meet other parents and interact with your child’s teacher. Even five minutes can help settle nerves, both yours and your child’s.
