16. Deconstruct The Meal
Some fastidious eaters take issue with their food touching. Others will refuse a meal they might otherwise like simply because it contains, for example, onions. When possible (you can't take apart a casserole), a deconstructed approach solves this problem. If your child won't touch a burrito, try serving the components (bits of tortilla, beans, rice, corn, meat) separately.
