Keep Your Partner In The Loop
Dads and partners can play a critical role in supporting a mom with postpartum depression, so much so that they can actually speed recovery. Unfortunately, they don't always know the best way to do that. You might consider inviting them to attend a therapy session, or just encourage them to read up on PPD so the burden of educating doesn't fall solely on you.
