2. Stick To The Same Schedule
Remember how you used to wake up before your alarm went off, (you know, before you had a baby)? When our bodies get used to the same schedule each day, our sleep patterns become more predictable. The same is true for babies. Keeping bedtime the same every night (and matching it to baby's natural rhythms) will make the evening routine easier. 

Dr. Bailey told us, “One of the most important nonverbal cues you can use is their internal clock. By having your baby on a schedule, and sticking to it, their body will start to tell them when they are sleepy. Once you establish a time and routine, stay with it."
