When your friends are posting pictures of their new Tory Burch flats or weekend camping trailer, it can be super tempting to focus on what you don't have, rather than the abundance that surrounds you. We are constantly bombarded by images of people who seemingly have it all, and it can be really difficult to not get caught up in that cycle. 

Next time you feel that tickle of the "I wants" creeping up, make a point to say out loud something that you have that you are thankful for, and instead of your kids learning that feeling of never having enough, they'll learn to relish what has already come their way.
