Practice Mindfulness
Many stay-at-home moms are prone to anxiety. Employing mindfulness techniques can help to relieve those symptoms. When you feel yourself getting overwhelmed, take some deep breaths, notice your surroundings, and check in with your body.

A conscious effort to be in the moment will help calm you down and feel gratitude for the little things: the smell of your baby's head, sound of your kids playing together, an "I love you, Mommy."
