I Hope She's Mindful
I started practicing mindfulness when my daughter was a newborn, and it's had a major impact on the way I parent. I still struggle to be present, but when I feel my mind wandering, I utilize mindfulness techniques to bring myself back to the moment. 

If and when my daughter embarks on motherhood, I think mindfulness practices will serve her well, whether it's helping her stay calm when her baby won't stop crying or show compassion to a frustrated teen.
