13. Get Some Sleep
It seems that nearly every mom needs more sleep, and there's probably no better way to show yourself self-love than resting more. If this means going to bed 30 minutes earlier, you should do it. If it means taking a power nap on your lunch break or during your kids' naps, you can do that, too. Being well-rested as a mom is one of the best gifts you can give yourself and your family.
