20. Allow Yourself Not To Be "On" All The Time
Having it all comes at a cost. When you're constantly available (to resolve a suggestion in Google Docs, email a recipe to your mother-in-law, or confirm weekend plans in a group text), it takes a toll on you. It also reinforces for other people that they can expect you to respond instantly. 

Give yourself permission to be less reachable to others so you can be more available for those who really need it — your kids!
