When friends offer to babysit your other kids or bring over a meal, say yes. If you can, outsource housecleaning. Consider hiring a doula, who can be an incredible support person and resource throughout and even after your pregnancy (not just during labor and delivery).

Pregnancy is a good time to find a therapist or counselor you like. They can help you manage mood swings and be in place should you experience perinatal or postnatal depression and/or anxiety.
