Have A Meeting
If you’ve tried to solve a situation of poor behavior with minimal intervention and it just isn’t working, it’s time to escalate. A meeting to discuss what’s happening and what resolutions are needed can be enough to quell the disruption. You will need to ask everyone that is involved to be a part of the meeting, including kids and adults, so that everyone is on the same page. Kids can be surprisingly good at making rules and consequences, so be sure to include them in the meeting instead of talking at them.
