Your Kid Wants To Move Their Toys Out Of Their Room
They are ready to box up all their toys (try not to cry!), but they probably aren’t quite ready to get rid of them. Tweens have a foot in childhood still, though they’re starting to lean more towards their teenage years. They want to look the part of being older, and part of that is reimagining their bedrooms, but they are still kids. If they ask you to help them move out the toys, don’t be surprised if they ask you to just move them to the closet instead of the donation bin.
