2. Get Adequate Sleep
As an adult, you should be getting at least 7-9 hours sleep/night. Not on your couch. Not on the floor in your toddler's room. In your bed.

Think of it as evening 'me time.' Snuggle yourself under the covers, read something offline like a magazine or a book. Writing a few thoughts from the day into a journal can help settle you into deeper sleep.
