Navigating pregnancy, especially when it's your first time, can be intimidating to say the least. You generally know you've got nine months (surprise — it's actually closer to ten), but other than that, you might not know what you're really in for. Familiarizing yourself with what's to come can help you feel more confident.

Each trimester is unique in terms of changes to your body, your emotional state, and the little life growing inside you. Read on for what to expect, trimester by trimester.
