What are your tips for juggling it all?

Understand how much time you'll need to commit on a daily basis. Then decide whether you're going to need childcare for you to work that amount. Then understand your optimal working hours and style, and make a plan around how you can work more during the hours you are most productive. For me, I am incredibly productive in the early mornings but not so much in the evenings. I've asked my husband take more morning responsibilities with the baby so I can get most of my work done for the day, and then I'll take over more of the early evening responsibilities when I'm already looking for a break. We're also trying to find childcare that starts and ends earlier in the day to fit around my working preferences.
