24. Myth: My Kids Fight Too Much To Be Together All Day
Truth: Homeschool is not one long, never ending summer vacation. I promise. When you’re working together every day, there is a dynamic shift within the family. You can’t survive if you’re in each other’s space, pestering one another day in and day out.

Of course there is no magic to make our children get along all the time, but there is a definite difference in homeschool families that creates a mutual respect that is something special. Children with gentle daily rhythms that aren’t over-tired or anxious will be have more patience throughout the day. It helps too that homeschooled children have more experience with multi-age play groups than their traditionally schooled counterparts
