Strike A Pose
More precisely, strike an asana — a Yoga pose. Now, I know I'm a bit biased since I am a Yoga teacher with a specialty in teaching Fertility Yoga, but a regular yoga asana practice is one of the best things you can do for your fertility, your health, and your emotional and mental wellbeing.

Yoga asana that target opening the hips serve to relieve tension in the pelvic region, increase circulation to the reproductive organs, and release emotional tension as stored in the large muscles of the hips. Add these specific benefits to the general health benefits of yoga and you have a great foundation upon which to build your fertility journey.

For a fertility specific asana practice begin by practicing Baddha Konasana every day, followed by a supported bridge pose, a reclining Virasana supported with lots of cozy blankets and pillows, and legs up the wall relaxation. Make it a habit and see how much better you feel!
