Detox That Body
While detoxing can seem like a daunting task, really it just comes down to giving your body a helping hand. A great and simple detox to start with is the lemon water detox, and all you need is a bag of lemons, a thermos, and some hot water.

Every day, start you morning with a mug of hot water with half of a fresh lemon squeezed in. Then fill up a thermos with more lemon water and sip once per half hour all day long.

Start with a week, and then see if you can try it for a full month. Pro Tip: Have your partner bring both of your your water in the morning and spend some quality time connecting over things not work, kid, or fertility related!
