Love Yourself
Self-care is a bit of a buzzy topic these days and you may just shrug it off as something for people who have too much time on their hands, but if you are serious about facing your fertility challenges, you're going to need to learn to take care of yourself the way you would take care of a baby or anyone else that you love.

So what does that mean? It means making your fertility plan a priority in your life by creating a sleep schedule, making time for your physical and spiritual practices, cooking healthy food to nourish your body, making time to lay out your clothes and wash your face, and asking for what you need emotionally and physically from your partner — including in the bedroom.

You are worthy of love, and you are loved! Recognize that and extend love to yourself so you can make sure the best version of you is ready to make your contribution to the world and to your family.
