Catch Some Z's
Here you go, this is your official invitation to get some extra sleep!

I bet that you've heard the buzz about how sleep deficits are linked to all sorts of health and cognitive issues, but did you know that not getting enough sleep can also affect your fertility? In a study published in the journal Fertility & Sterility, a group of researchers found a correlation between sleep and FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) levels, with women who consistently got a good night's sleep of 7-9 hours having FSH levels at up 20% higher than the recorded levels in women getting 6 hours of sleep per night or less.

Yes, you too need that 7-9 hours even if you're used to burning the midnight oil. Do it for your hormones and your dark circles!
