Do The Dairy
Remember way back to the moment when you were told that skim or 1% milk was the only way to go when it came to dairy. Now do your very best to suppress that memory because when it comes to fertility, the Nurse's Health Study suggests that 1-2 servings of whole fat dairy per day can benefit fertility by offering protection to the reproductive organs.

This is not a green light to grab a pint of Rocky Road, but it is an invitation to enjoy a gorgeous, creamy glass of fresh organic milk from a local dairy. Make sure that you are choosing dairy produced without growth hormones, and from livestock that are pasture raised rather than those that are fed with pesticide laden grain.
