Weeknight meals should be as easy as possible. Check Pinterest for 30-minute meals, sheet pan dinners, and one pot, Instapot, and Crockpot recipes. Prep as much as you can the night before. Double recipes so you have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch or to freeze.
