Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate moms and all that they do. Gifts are a wonderful way to show love, but sometimes we moms need a way to de-stress in order to continue doing all we can to make the world a better place. Or, you know, do things like keep the kids alive and have dinner on the table by 6 p.m.

We spoke with Dr. Lateefah Watford to weigh in on Mother's Day ideas that aren't material, and instead they promote health and happiness.
